Software
All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase
date.
To receive a refund fill out the
Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction form and
send it via fax or postal mail.
NOTE: We can not process a partial refund. All
Registration Keys issued must be listed on the Letter of
Intellectual Property Destruction. If you purchased multiple
products on the same order, all products must be returned
and any products you wish to keep must be re-purchased
individually.

On-demand CD-ROM
Because all CDs are created on demand for you we will not be
able to accept any returns. If you are not sure if the
software on CD would be of value to you, please
download
it from our web site first. This service is FREE.
If for any reason you do not receive your CD within 15 days
from the date of purchase or your CD is damaged, contact us
by e-mail and we will immediately ship you a new CD without
any charges. Provide us with the date of your order and your
order number when making this request.
